Are you short on time but want a delicious, yet easy dessert to please those around you?! Then this is the perfect dessert for you! These cream cheese rolls are easy to make, not too sweet, and are pretty to look at. Growing up, my mom would make these with blueberries, but strawberries and raspberries are a sweet addition to the rolls!
Here are the ingredients you need:
1 package (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
4 oz. softened cream cheese
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup berries (blueberries, cut strawberries, raspberries)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll dough into 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations together to seal. Combine the cream cheese and sugar; spread onto dough rectangles to within 1/2 inch of edges. Top evenly with your choice of berries. Bring opposite corners of rectangles together; press together to seal. Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 4 servings, 1 roll each
Jazz it up: Sprinkle with 1 tsp. powdered sugar just before serving.
